On 07-08-2017, two 15 year old Stanwood Resident and a 16 year old Camano Island Resident, are being referred on charges for Burglary. They broke into a business in the 26700 block of 72nd Ave NW and stole several packs of cigarettes and caused damage to the property. Investigation continues.
On 07-08-2017, an 82 year old Stanwood male was deceased in his home in the 8200 block of Cedarhome Drive. No evidence of trauma or foul play.
On 07-08-2017, possible abuse was reported in the 28500 block of 74th Drive NW. Police documented the complaint and findings and will submit to Child Protective Services.
On 07-08-2017, a Stanwood resident reported losing her wallet in the 26400 block of 72nd Ave NW.
On 07-09-2017, in the 27300 block of 102nd Ave NW a 25 year old Stanwood male was arrested for Assault 4 DV after a physical altercation with his father.

On 07-10-2017, in the 8700 block of 271st Street NW a 57 year old Stanwood resident reported being the victim of a rental scam in the amount of $4000.00.
On 07-10-2017, items were stolen from a business in the 26600 block of 72nd Ave NW. The suspect fled and was not located.
On 07-10-2017, attempted car prowl in the 27000 block of Pioneer Highway. A key was broken off in the door to the car and a rear passenger window was broken out.
On 07-10-2017, a verbal disturbance in the 27000 block of 103rd Drive NW. No crime occurred.
On 07-10-2017, on 102nd Ave NW and SR 532 a vehicle backed up for an unknown reason make minor contact with another vehicle. The driver of vehicle one drove off without making contact with the driver of vehicle two.
On 07-11-2017, a 27 year old Stanwood male was observed Driving While License Suspended 3 on private property. The individual was warned by police not to drive his car on public roads, streets, or highway.
On 07-11-2017, a business in the 26900 block of 92nd Ave NW reported graffiti in the restroom. The store has surveillance. Investigation continues
On 07-12-2017, a 55 year old Everett resident reported her vehicle was prowled in the 9700 block of 271st St NW; registration, insurance, and maintenance paperwork was stolen.
