Only registered MJBL teamsare eligible to participate in the Inner City Classic (ICC) / Black World Series (BWS)
Congratulations on an outstanding season and welcome to the 2015 Inner City Classic and Black WorldSeries. It will be our goal to create a memorable, fun experience for the players, coaches and families who are participating. The 2015Inner City Classic and Black World Series will be conducted under a pool play single-eliminationchampionship bracket, as per MJBL baseball rules. Teams will be placed in pools where they will play around robin within their pool. Teams that qualify will then be placed onto a Championship bracket followingpool play. The exact format of the tournament (e.g., number of pools, number of teams in each pool, etc.) willbe set by the Tournament Director.
NOTE: Teams should plan to stay for the length of the event, to maximize its value and experience the Disney and Universal World experience. Teams will be scheduledto play 4 games in pool play and possibly 3 more games if they advance in the playoff bracket(weather permitting). All teams should plan to play through at least Friday afternoon orevenings in the pool play round.

Upon completion of registration, you will be sent an electronic copy of the MJBLrule book, MJBL forms packet with instructions, and patches for the team. Patches are to be applied to theupper left sleeve of the uniforms. All teams are required to wear patches.Your complete registration form, official roster and entry feeMUST BERECEIVED BY JULY 14, 2015 to compete in the 2015 Classic.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
To be eligible to participate all teams in this year’s Classic are required to use one of the MJBL registered hotels. Teams may use alternate hotels, however they will be required to an additional $200 for not using the MJBL registered hotels without written permission from the MJBL Executive Director. Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis.
Note: On the registration form, there will be space for you to identify the hotel and number of rooms your team has reserved.

Reservations Cut-off
We have established a cutoff date of Friday, July 3, 2015 (“Reservation CutOff Date”) for guest room accommodations. Any Group reservations and substitution requests received after the Reservation CutOff Date shall be handled on a space and rate availability basis. Any remaining unreserved rooms in your block at the cut-off date will be returned to the general Hotel inventory.
Check In – check out
The Hotel’s check in time is 4:00 PM. Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Should you or your guests arrive prior to that time, all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate you.
Concessions:
Discounted Breakfast Buffet Offered at $5.00 inclusive per person per day.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
The Hotel wishes to make its facilities reasonably accessible by persons with disabilities as required by Title III (Public Accommodations and Services Operated by Private Entities) of the Americans with Disabilities Act. As soon as practical, the Group will need to determine if any participant of the Group has a special need. The Group will provide the Hotel in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival of determined special needs. The Group will be responsible for making all auxiliary aids and services available to participants who indicate they have a special need for their participation in the Group’s functions, except for those reasonably provided by the Hotel. The Group shall pay for any extraordinary costs, determined by the Hotel, for such auxiliary aids unless otherwise agreed upon by both the Group and the Hotel.
