General Considerations:
Rules are subject to change at any time! Your pool committee will work hard to make the pool a safe and fun environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.

Homeowners are responsible for damage caused by their actions and their actions of their guests. Unsafe conduct or rule violation can and will result in the loss of pool privileges.

The Oaks of Edgewood pool committee recommends that all children under the age of seven wear a life-saving device while in the pool and the pool area. Children under the age of 7 will not be permitted to use the main pool at any time without a parent or adult present. The wading pool will be available for these children. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in the wading pool. This rule does not imply that the wading pool is any safer than the main pool. Please attend to your children at all times. The wading pool is for children ages 7 and under only.
Please be considerate of those around you at the pool.

Games that endanger the safety of the swimmers or sunbathers are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool and in the pool area. NO “CHICKEN” GAMES. (This is where one person has another person on the shoulders and tries to knock the other person off the other’s shoulders.) Regular sized beach balls are allowed, no hard balls of any kind. Dive sticks and pool noodles are allowed as long as they are NOT an annoyance to the other people at the pool. We don’t want to change the rules to disallow these things, but we will need to if the pool isn’t enjoyable for everyone. Complaints about the pool activities will be taken seriously and rules will be adjusted if necessary.
