*Attend and participate in the TEENS LEAP program through BFT (older youth).

Take child for job interviews and help with applications and follow up, college campus visits, getting driver’s permit or state ID, job preparedness, work on resume (older Youth).

*Attend a Movie together (movie to be approved by Mentor Coordinator and Case Manager)

* Go for a walk, ride bicycles together, Forest Park Boats

* Take a cooking class with your mentee or various other community classes through St. Louis Community College (older youth)-prices will vary

*Engage in child or youth’s interests-

Example-If a youth is into cars see if you can visit a mechanic shop and shadow or work on a car together, if a child is interested in animals contact a vet’s office to see if you can visit and shadow

*Volunteer Together: Food pantries, park beautifications and clean-ups, Humane Society, Packing care packages for the Military, etc.
