Payment will be expected for all entries submitted

Refunds for those not attending will be at the organisers discretion.

Awards:Club Awards, Junior Awards, Visitor Awards.

Please note:

Record Status has been granted for this event, competitors must comply with GNAS dress regulations - rule 307.

Record Status tournaments are liable for drug testing; competitors approached to give samples must comply. Refusal to comply will be treated as a positive result. It is a requirement of Record Status events that parents/guardians of juniors entering the tournament must sign the entry form to give consent for drug testing.

Under the provisions within the GNAS Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who wish to take photographs at this event are to register with the Tournament Secretary on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place, GNAS, the Tournament Secretary and working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code. We therefore request that you report any unauthorised photography directly to the Tournament Organiser.

The organiserscannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to equipment or personalpossessions.

All entrants must be members of G.N.A.S. or a F.I.T.A. associated organisation.

Membership cards may be asked for at registration.

All arrows must be detectable along their full length, with the exception of wooden arrows for health and safety reasons as this tournament will be shot on a playing field. The use of all carbon arrows will not be permitted,

Under whatever circumstances, ALL MISSING Arrows must be found.

All record and tassel claims must be made before leaving the Tournament field.

Each archer must receive instruction in clout shooting prior to the tournament, see GNAS Rule 700. All archers must sign the entry form to confirm this. If necessary, instruction will be given on the day before shooting starts.

Juniors:It will be assumed that juniors will shoot the distance appropriate to their ages as indicated

in GNAS Rule 705(b). There is nothing to prevent a junior shooting the adult round for adult awards only.
