1.  Description of the project (please do not exceed 10 pages[1])

1.1.  Scope of the cluster

Describe the theme of the Cluster. Justify the chosen scientific perimeter, the relevance of the theme with regards to the scientific priorities of NExT. Point out the innovative character of the underlying scientific project and its scientific excellence.

1.2.  Strategic development plan

Describe the ambition of the Cluster in research, training, international development and innovation. Specify the specific action plan to reach the objectives in each domain.

1.3.  Methodology and organization of the Cluster (action plan, calendar…)

Describe the animation program of the Cluster.

1.4.  Justification of the budget and requested grant

Financial data are to be provided in a separate form. The underneath paragraph(s) should explain the choices made and justify the optimum use of the given grant to achieve the goals of the project.

2.  Consortium (no page limit)

Describe the teams involved and their specific contribution to the Project. A short CV of each Scientifics leaders should be provided. Justify the added value of the partnership. Describe the measures taken to ensure the cohesion between the teams and enhance their capacity for common interdisciplinary work.

3.  Development prospects (please do not exceed 3 pages)

Describe the expected impact of the Cluster. What are the short-term, mid-term and long-term benefits of the project for the community?
