SHS Project Graduation ~ Class of 2012

Dear Sir/Madam,

Saginaw High School Project Graduation 2012 is currently seeking donations to help support our all-night party on June 3, 2012. This event is sponsored and supported by parents of graduating Seniors. The celebration will consist of music, games, food, contests, prizes and fun in a safe and secure environment.

For the success of this celebration, we’re needing items that we can give to our Seniors at the lock-in party, such as gift cards, monetary donations to purchase gifts (i.e., electronics, laptops, mini-fridges, microwaves and more prizes for students to take to college dorm rooms this fall, etc.) as well as food donations. No item will be refused! We’ll make use of anything we are given.

Our goal is to have EVERY SENIOR who attends the party to leave with a prize. We have a class of approximately 440 students graduating this year and we expect over 50% of the Seniors to attend the party. We know that this is a busy time of year and that you get many requests for donations. We’d greatly appreciate your help to make this event a huge success for our children and will happily advertise any donation received from you/your company.

You can donate any item to us and we’ll make arrangements to get it picked up (or it can be sent to Saginaw High School, 800 N. Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, TX 76131). Donated items will also be accepted at the front office of Saginaw High School.

Our Tax Identification Number is 45-3120305. We are a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization; therefore, any cash or in kind donations made to SHS Project Graduation 2012 are tax deductible.

Thank you for your time and consideration and for helping us make this a memorable and safe night for Seniors celebrating their achievement with food, prizes and fun.

Should you need any additional information, please feel free to contact us at any time.
