Booking Conditions

·  Rooms will be held tentatively until 24th June 2014 or until sold out. After this date rooms will be released and normal room rates will apply.

·  Deposit of one room night’s accommodation to be paid directly to the hotel at time of booking.

·  Deposit is non refundable if cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival.

·  Balance of accommodation plus any other charges is to be settled on check out.

·  No shows will incur a charge of 1 night’s accommodation

·  Triple rooms on request only at an extra charge. Please phone hotel for availability.

·  Limited number of Guest rooms available. Hotel will confirm when booking form is received.

·  BusVic delegates receive discounted parking ($20 per day) upon presentation of their Conference Registration tag.
