SPRING SEASON 2014

IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES:

January 3, 2014: REGISTRATIONS are DUE!

January 9, 2014: CAPTAIN’S MEETING will be held at 7:00 PM Location to be determined.

Captains and Co-captains must attend!

January 14, 2014: Regular league play STARTS this week.

FEES:

League membership is $35 per player for Masters, AA, and A divisions per season.

Sponsorship fee is $35 per team in the Regular League, and $35 per team in the Variety Leagues. There is a $15 penalty fee per team charged for registering late. And a $5 penalty fee charged to a sponsor who has a team register late, or doesn’t have adequate team fees included with the rosters. All applicable fees must accompany the team roster.

NOTES:

- No cash will be accepted. Make check or money order payable to: Colorado Springs Dart League

- Players may play on only one regular league team (Masters, AA, A) at a time.

- Teams may be sponsored by Companies as well as the sponsor’s establishment. (Much like softball teams);

However, such a team must list which sponsor establishment will be their “home bar” for the purposes of

Scheduling.

- Each team must have a team name – not the name of the sponsor establishment. In the event that a team

Does not have a name, the scheduler has the right to choose a name for that team? (Don’t worry; we’ll make it unique).

- The initial team roster will be submitted with only the names of the players whose fees are attached.

- Fully completed rosters will receive preference for scheduling.

- Masters team rosters must have four paid players listed, and all other division rosters must have a

Minimum of two paid players listed to be a valid roster.

- Sponsors may submit a single payment for all the teams they sponsor. An itemized list of teams, players

Paid for, and the amount paid for each team must be submitted with the team roster.

- Associate Members must fill out a separate form with fees included. Membership as an associate is $20.00. All above rules apply.

**Mark (X) Division or variety league and indicate your 1st or 2nd choice of nights to play. If your team can only play on one specific night, please specify the night (it must be a night on which that division plays). Your team must be prepared to throw on the second choice night if necessary. Use a separate sheet for each team.

**If there are not at least 4 teams signed up for a division for a particular night they may be moved to the other night that division is being offered that has the minimum required teams signed up, or those teams may be moved to the next higher division for the lower divisions. Captains will be contacted if this occurs.

REGULAR SEASON: The nights for each division are shown below. Individuals can only play on one team per night. Teams or players may play on multiple nights as long as they sign up for the same division. Play will begin at 7PM for all divisions.
