Basal Social Studies Caravan
Local selecting committees, department chairs, curriculum supervisors, principals, superintendents, and other interested parties may attend the caravan location that is nearest or most convenient. Formal presentations of the new state recommended basal textbooks will be made at each caravan location. Please note that the sessions are half day. Some sites are designated for morning presentations, while others are in the afternoon. Morning registration begins at 8:00, while sites with afternoon sessions begin at 12:30. Note: Additional Grade 6 state recommended materials will be presented during the 6-12 caravan being held this Spring.
