State Auto Insurance Company has completed the sale of its Flood insurance policies to Westfield Insurance Company, and we’re excited to have you as a new customer of Westfield! Your renewal offer is enclosed.

It is important to know that this change does not affect your Flood insurance premium or coverage in any way. Premium rates, policy conditions and coveragesare established by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and they do not change regardless of the insurance company or agent providing the coverage. Any changes in your premium and/or deductible are the result of NFIP-mandated changes.

To keep your flood insurance policy active, all you need to do is pay the enclosed renewal bill (or if your policy is billed to your mortgage company, make certain that they pay the bill). You will note that our processing center mailing address and customer service number have stayed the same, as both Westfield and State Auto use the same processing center.
