Families of students with disabilitieswill have the opportunity to gain information from agencies and vendors across our region and plunge into fascinating workshops from distinguished presenters! Sensory Strategies at Home and School
We are all sensory people! We experience, interpret, and respond to the input around us in different ways.Our children’s behavior tells us whether they are over-stimulated or under-stimulated. At today’s workshop, we are going to explore the sensory system and various sensory strategies that can be applied at home to help our children find that “just right” state for learning!

Scholarship and Financial Aid
Families of middle and high school age children with disabilities are invited to a Scholarship and Financial Aid Workshop for postsecondary education presented by Laquieria Nottage, Secondary District Guidance Specialist. Topics will include scholarships and scholarship searches, financial aid, and the financial aid application process.
Intended Audience: Parent(s) of students with disabilities who will graduate with a standard diploma. Professionals are welcome and encouraged to attend this workshop. / Tuesday
