Most recently I have spent the last two years working on my grandfather’s farm in Oklahoma. I refer to it as my “Walden Pond”. Previously, I spent 7 years operating in Military Intelligence. I have deployed to support theater operations of Operation Iraqi freedom 3 times since 2005; 1 x 13 month deployment with combat experience, 1 x 16 month deployment strictly as an Intelligence analyst and 1 four month deployment as a civilian intelligence contractor with elements including Joint Special Operations Forces.

I was described as a “Consummate Professional” by my most recent deployment supervisor June-October 2010. Iwasmost recently employed by the United States Air Force Special Operations Command as an Intelligence Operations Specialist with a positional grade equivalent GS-11.I believe over time I will be able to apply previous analytical background and problem solving to any job site or situation. I am in great physical condition, very adaptive and hard working. Whether I am on a 13 hour foot patrol in hostile territory or pulling a twelve hour shift as data mining or producing briefs I know there is no position that I cannot excel in. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you soon.

Sincerely,

Trenton Boatner

Gila Trucking, LLC

Director of Operations

August 2012-Present

  • Hired on August 13th 2012 into management consultant position. Assumed responsibility of Director of Operations. Analyzed Master Service Agreements, rate structure, revenue margins and market share. Cut costs from over Eight thousand dollar a day overhead to less than forty-five hundred. I discovered prior to my employment with Gila previous management negotiated trucking rates and master service agreements below profitable levels. In addition to rates contracted at a daily loss at cost alone determined DOT Carrier Safety Rating unrecoverable and denied ability to acquire new contracts or re-negotiate existing. With a CSA score below 40 for over a year immediately put measures in place to improve operational procedures. Standardized safety training, preventive maintenance program and standardized all admin positions including dispatch, fleet manager, HR, Sales/Marketing, accounts receivable and accounts payable procedures. Following six figure losses of July, August, September and October of 2012DOT consultation, market research, identification of emerging markets and developed relationships with venture capitalists, Economic Development Council and Industrial Park Directors recommended the immediate closure to prevent further loss as any new contracts or development would not bring immediate revenue. Developed proposals for venture capitalist, EDC for development of new industrial park in West Texas.
