Fourth Sunday in Lent (Mothering Sunday) “…whoever honours a mother is like someone amassing a fortune.” Ecclesiasticus/Sirach 3:4. On this Mothering Sunday we remember mothers in the developing world who struggle, through no fault of their own, to care for their children. Mothers like Teresina Karimi in Kenya who skips meals so her children can eat. We pray that with Trócaire’s support Teresina will be able to look forward to a brighter future. Find out more at
