Most games are played at the Joondalup Basketball Stadium (On Wise Street, off Collier Pass, Joondalup.)
Some will be held at Craigie Leisure Centre Whitfords Ave Craigie and Lake Joondalup Baptist College– please check fixtures carefully.

Please pass on the following information to all player’s parents as soon as possible;
a)Uniform: Player singlets are provided by the Club. The player needs their own bottle green shorts (available from Sports Power, Big W, Target, Best & Less, Jim Kidd Sports or Rebel Sports).
b)Training time and location.
c)Game day door charges (Family ticket $8, single player $3, spectator $2). A token will be
issued to each player which you will collect and place in plastic bag for your team located
on the score bench. Players should arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.
ENSURE ALL PARENTS HAVE READ AND SIGNED OFF ON THE PUMAS CODE OF CONDUCT FORM & WEB POLICY FORM.
We will be asking all managers to please collect the signed copies from all parents by the third game of the season. Information to follow.
- Issue Team Contact Sheet to all players and ensure parents have both Coach’s and
Manager’s contact details.
- Issue club singlets to all players and maintain a list of names and player numbers. The playing tops must be returned to you at the end of the season.
- Distribute and forward any Club flyers and emails (e.g. Merchandise sales, newsletters) to all players.
- Inform players that they can get a discount at Sports Power Joondalup if they say they play
for the Pumas.
- Maintain Tally Sheet with who plays each week. This will need to be handed in at the end of the season so that we can keep a track of games played for milestone awards & trophies.
- Prepare a Scoring Roster so each parent can assist with scoring on game days.
- Collect tokens and complete Score Sheet on game days.
- Liaise with Treasurer to ensure all registration fees are collected by Round 2. Cheques
can be placed in the Pumas Box at the stadium or passed directly to the treasurer.Fees must
be paid by round two. Any “unfinancial” players on or after round three will not be eligible to play until fees have been paid in full. It is up to the coach and manager to assist the club by enforcing this rule. Any team that plays an un-financial player will lose points for those games. This will be enforced this season.
- Award ‘50 game’ certificates where required. Please contact Doné (Registrar) if you require any.
- End of season:
Complete re-enrolments at the end of the season where necessary.

- Fixtures for the new season will be availableon the website sporting pulse – Also let parents know they can download the Wolves App for free and have fixtures at their fingertips.
- Pumas Committee contact list is attached to help you direct any queries you may have.
