Fall 2011 midterm grading in Self-Service Banner (SSB) will open on Monday, October 10. Grading will open at 8:00 a.m.
The deadline to post midterm grades in Banner is Noon on Tuesday, October 18.
Entry of grades in Banner is accomplished online via your faculty access to SSB. You must be an assigned instructor to enter grades. To access SSB, you must use your secure SSB login (G number) and PIN. Only
students who require a midterm grade will be listed on the Banner midterm grading page.

Good Afternoon,
You will be receiving the Fall 2011 Midterm Roster Reports for your department this afternoon. These reports include Course/Section, CRN number, Instructor name and the number of students requiring a grade. Please distribute these reports to your faculty.
Please Note:These reports should also be retained by the Department Coordinator, as they will be used in tracking missing grades by the Records Office, Dean's Office and Department Coordinators.
Midterm grades are required for all freshmen undergraduate students in less than good standing.
Only students who require a midterm grade will be listed on the banner midterm grading page.
All course sections containing students who require a midterm grade are listed on the Midterm Grade Roster Report.
Early Missing Grade Reports will be distributed electronically, beginning on______before the actual deadline date, in an effort to ensure that all grades are entered in Banner by faculty by the deadline date. Please use these final grade roster reports as an updated reminder to faculty who have yet to enter grades in Banner.
Midterm Grading will open at 8:00 am on Monday, October 10, 2011.
Midterm grades are due at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 18, 2011.
As always, it is crucial that essential personnel are on duty when grades are due.

- In addition to the email correspondence, adjunct instructors listed on the MISSING GRADE REPORT (day prior to close/deadline) are also called and reminded of this deadline and a request is made for them to please review/read the email sent.
MORNING OF THE CLOSE OF THE BANNER GRADING SESSION / CLAS Dean’s office sends out an email with an attachment of the MISSING GRADE REPORT at 8:00am, 10:00am and 12:00noon / The MOV Department makes a call to all of the contact numbers on record for the instructors listed on the 8:00am (7:45am) MISSING GRADE REPORT and requests that an email or phone call is returned when the grades are completed. These phone calls continue until all grades are submitted.
