TUNIS SHRINERS POKER RUN ROUTE AND STOPS
Total distance is approx. 257 Km’s and total time including stops is approx. 4 hours
Start; Ottawa Masonic Center, 2140 Walkley Rd., Ottawa
Directions to first stop;
Turn left out of Masonic Centre on Walkley Rd., proceed to second stop light then turn left. (Conroy Rd). Take Conway to the end, approx. 5.7 km, then turn left on Bank St. Take Bank St. south for approx. 35 kms then turn right on HWY #43. Take #43 west approx.. 24 kms. to Kemptville, turn in at MacEwen Gas Station on right at second roundabout for your second card. There will be water here and gas available
Directions to second stop;
Turn right out of MacEwen and continue west on #43 through Merrickville and on to Smiths Falls. Turn left at the first stop light , Old Slys Rd and continue on. Old Slys will turn into HWY#15, keep going down #15 approx. 4 kms. to Town and Country Chrysler on the left for your third card. There will be water and food here for you.
Directions to third stop;
Turn left out of Town and Country and go approx. 7.6 kms to Country Rd #1. Turn left on #1 and travel approx. 15.5 kms. until the road ends at HWY 29. Turn right on #29 and travel approx. 25.2 kms. to stop light at Centennial Rd, turn left and go 3 kms to the stop light. Go right at the stop light and go 2 kms to Parkdale Ave. Then right on Parkdale for about ½ km to the second stop light and then turn left and go over the 401 on North Augusta Rd. Go to the first stop light then turn right on Reynolds Drive. Go about 1/2km and on the right is your third card stop at the Brockville & District Shrine Club at 16 Reynolds Drive. There will be water here for you as well.
Directions to the last stop;
Leave the Shrine Club the way you came in and go back to Parkdale Ave, turn right and then get on 401 west to Kingston. Go 14 kms. on 401 then exit left on 1000 Islands Parkway. Take the Parkway approx. 40 kms.then the road turns back on to the 401 West, take the 401 another 33 kms. to exit 615 “Sir John A MacDonald Ave”. Exit at Sir John A and go south to the first light which is Dalton Ave. Turn left on Dalton and the end of the ride is on the left at the Harley Davidson/Honda dealer, Motosports Plus. There will be drinks, food, prizes and live music here.
