1.VENDORS MUST STAY IN ATTENDANCE UNTIL THE ENDOF THE SHOW (IT’S TOUGH TO CHARGE ADMISSION WHEN DEALERS ARE BAILING EARLY)
2.SET-UP IS 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM (FOR SAFETY REASONS, NO HAND-CARTS ALLOWED IN THE HALL AFTER 9:45 AM)
3.NO BOOTLEG MATERIALS PERMITTED
4.VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTION OF STATE AND LOCAL TAXES
5.VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO FURNISH BAGS FOR ALL PURCHASES
6.PLEASE IDENTIFY THE NAME OF YOUR HELPER ON YOUR APPLICATION BELOW. WE CAN MAKE BADGES AHEAD OF TIME AND ANYBODY WITHOUT A BADGE WILL NOT BE ADMITTED AS A HELPER. Promoter reserves the right to limit the amount of helpers permitted for each vendor. Please help us keep the show going by having friends and other dealers simply cover admission if they want to shop.
7.YOU MAY NOT SELL OR LEASE A PORTION OF YOUR SPACE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM SHOW PROMOTER.
8.NO CASH REFUNDS ON VENDOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN SEVEN (7) OR FEWER DAYS TO THE SHOW DATE – SHOW PROMOTER HAS ALREADY ORDERED THE TABLES/CHAIRS BY THIS TIME AND CANNOT GET A REFUND. AS ALWAYS, SHOW PROMOTER WILL DO HIS BEST TO WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH YOU FOR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND YOUR CONTROL.
9.SHOW PROMOTER CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MATERIALS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THIS PROMOTION.
10.VENDORS MUST CLEAN UP AROUND THEIR OWN AREA PRIOR TO LEAVING. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN REVOCATION OF ANY FUTURE APPLICATIONS/CONTRACTS SUBMITTED TO SHOW PROMOTER.
SHOW PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE/ REFUSE/ DENY/ OR REMOVE ANY APPLICATIONSOR VENDORS FROM THIS PROMOTION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO AND DURING THIS EVENT. SHOW PROMOTER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROMOTION THAT IS CANCELLED DUE TO THE MERCHANDISE THAT VENDORS ARE SELLING OR FOR ANY SHOW CANCELLATIONS DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES THAT ARE BEYOND HIS CONTROL(INCLUDING WEATHER) NO REFUNDS
TABLES ARE (8’ X 2.5’) $70 EACH -or- 2 TABLES FOR $120.00. EACH ADDITIONAL TABLE WILL BE $50 EACH.
