The distance between the airport and the venue is approximately 800 m.
By train: Warszawa Centralna, Central Railway Station.
The distance between the central railway station and the venue is approximately 8 km.
Local transport: Taxi or public buses are available from the airport/railway station.
BUS:
Warsaw city bus line 175 and 188 runs between the airport (bus stop on lower level “arrivals”) and the venue. The venue is only 2 bus stops from the airport.A 1-ride 20 minutes ticket costs 2.60PLN.
Warsaw city bus line 175runs also between the airport andWarszawa Centralna station (bus stop "Dworzec Centralny"). It also takes you to the Old Town (bus stop “Pl. Zamkowy”).

ZTM tariff includes the following types of tickets: •time-limit •single fare •short-term •long-term
A time-limit (short-term) ticket entitles to many journeys made on a short-term basis – up to 90 minutes, with as many changes of lines as necessary. The time-limit ticket entitles to travel by all ZTM lines, i.e. by bus, tram, metro and urban rapid rail. This is a bearer ticket.
During the first journey the ticket should be validated immediately after boarding the vehicle. After validation, the time-limit ticket remains valid throughout the number of minutes as indicated by its nominal value.
The following types of time-limit tickets are available: •20-minute •40-minute •60-minute
All time-limit tickets are valid both in Zone 1 and 2.

TAXI:
A taxi ride from the airport to the venue should cost about 12 PLN (6 PLN + 2.40 PLN per 1 km), which is about 3€. A taxi ride from the airport to Warszawa Centralna station should cost about 25.00PLN (circa 6.50€).
There are three authorized taxi stands just in front of the arrival hall, all accept credit cards. Always use a marked taxi with a phone number and company name! “MPT” and “Sawa” taxis are reliable and can be found in front of the terminal.

Foreign citizens must pay when making use of medical care services within the territory of Poland. That is why it is recommended that you take out an insurance policy for the time of your travel with an insurance company in your own country.
Persons authorised to receive healthcare under Community coordination regulations are entitled to free medical services during their stay in Poland. Such services may be obtained from service providers who have concluded agreements for the provision of healthcare services with the National Health Fund (NFZ). Such persons should obtain the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) before travelling.
