Walzem College Prep Lead Team would like to inform you about a change in our teaching staff. Mrs. Janet Ketcham is no longer be employed with IDEA Public Schools. We wish her the best in her future endeavors.
We are so excited to welcome Mrs. Katherine Coley to 7th grade team as an ELA teacher! Mrs. Coley comes with a wealth of experience working in ELA classrooms, and our students are lucky to have such a dedicated and invested teacher in their room. OUR 6TH GRADERS HELPING THE NEEDY!
Sixth Grade had a fantastic time Tuesday at their first field lesson! At the San Antonio Food Bank all of our students helped sort out food and at the end we helped out 6,217 needy families in San Antonio! At the University of the Incarnate Word our students experienced firsthand the hustle and bustle of college life! They absolutely loved every minute of it. We can’t wait for our scholars to be able to live the college life within the next few years!
