· Followed and assisted clinical dietitians in the Eating Disorder Unit expanding my knowledge in eating disorders and getting hands on experience for 40 hours. Participated in patient assessment, nutrition care and daily patient evaluations. Gained experience in charting and keeping track of the BMI and Laboratory Value. Watched and interacted with the patients as they learned the Exchange System and portion sizes.
