$10.00 for each four-hour period for pavilions that do not have electric services.

$25.00 for each four-hour period for pavilions that have electric service available.

The Parks and Recreation Department makes every effort to provide a clean pavilion before you arrive, but we CANNOT GUARANTEE THE PAVILION WILL BE CLEAN. Parties reserving pavilions are responsible for their own clean-up. Please make sure trash is put in the trash containers and pavilion is clean before you leave. (Parties may need to furnish additional trash bags, which are to be tied shut and placed in or beside the trash containers.)Clean up includes all trash picked up and in the proper containers, food and drink items and spills, decorations, etc.

No person(s) under the age of eighteen (18) will be allowed to rent the pavilions.

Any accident or injury to persons using the pavilion(s) will be the responsibility of the person or group renting the pavilion(s).

No City facility or pavilion shall be used for any profit-making venture. This does not include non-profit organizations that have a use agreement with the City of El Reno.

The City of El Reno does not provide additional portable toilets. The renter may arrange for additional portable toilets on their own and at their own expense. However, prior approval must be received from the Parks and Recreation Department at least 24 hours in advance. The Parks and Recreation Department will advise on permissible locations for the portable toilets.

Non-intoxicating beverages (not more than 3.2% weight) are allowed in the parks; however, it cannot be sold. No glass containers are allowed in the parks.

The renter shall furnish his/her own light bulbs for those pavilions that have electricity. It is the responsibility of the renter to visit the pavilion to know the number, etc. of light bulbs needed.

Inflatable moon bounce equipment, entertainment, pony rides, etc. are allowed in the parks with prior approval by the City. The company you are renting the equipment/rides from shall have liability insurance of $500,000.00, with the City of El Reno named on the policy. Also, the renter is required to clean up the area after any animals, entertainment, etc.

The reservation and fee is for the use of the pavilion(s) for the reserved date and time only. If you reserve the pavilion and do not use it at your reserved time, you are NOT entitled to a refund. You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days before scheduled time. In the event of inclement weather, you may reschedule your reservation at no extra cost by calling 262-4070, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. within 3 working days following the original reservation.

Tennis courts, basketball courts, ball fields, playground equipment, the pool and other park facilities are not reserved with the pavilions. They are strictly at a first come, first serve basis. (The pool can be reserved separately for pool parties during the pool season by calling 262-2122.)

If a problem arises over the usage of a facility, contact the City of El Reno Police Department at 262-6941 or, in case of an emergency, call 911.

After a reservation is made and the rental fees are paid, the Parks and Recreation Department will receive the signed reservation form along with the sign to be posted at the pavilion(s). They will post the Notice of Reservation sign(s) at the appropriate pavilion(s). Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to have a posted Notice of Reservation sign.

The renter shall have a copy of their reservation form and payment receipt with them at all times during their rental period.
