The 2013 Farm Technology Days will be held July 09-11, at the Breezy Hill Dairy owned and operated by the Olson Family near Barron, WI. Farm Technology Days (FTD) is an agricultural show designed to bring agriculture clientele in contact with the latest agriculture technology, research and practical application of technological development for farms and businesses of various sizes and enterprise types.

You and/or your organization have been suggested to the Family Living Committee as a potential exhibitor in the Family Living tent. This tent will feature entertainment and educational exhibits. The theme of the Family Living Tent will be “Honoring Our Heritage Cultivating Our Future.” We hope to have individuals and/or groups share their talents and expertise on topics related to: health and well-being, spiritual/emotional wellness, performing arts, local community history and much more.

Booth spaces are 10’ X 12’. All displays and inventory must fit within this area. The booth fee is $175.00. All Exhibitors will be in a _____ X _____tent. Some booths will have utilities; let us know if you require electric or internet. Exhibitors are also required to have liability insurance up to $1,000,000. If you do not have liability insurance then you may purchase it for the duration of the show from Farm Technology Days for 2013.

This provides information regarding your Family Living Booth Exhibit at WFTD 2013

Booth Size:10’ wide X 12’ deep, all material must be contained

Tables/Chairs:1-8’ table and 2 chairs are provided for each booth

Electrical/Internet:Electricity is provided for each booth and Internet may be available

Equip, Other:Any other equipment (video etc.) is not provided by WFTD

Signs:A 2’ X 3’ name/identification sign will be printed for each booth

Other information:

  • All exhibits are required to have a representative present at the exhibit during all hours of the show.
  • A Wisconsin Tax Account Number is required in order to sell. The enclosed Temporary Event

Operator and Seller Information Form must be completed and returned with your application. Information regarding obtaining a tax account number can be found on the form if needed. This is for your protection since Barron County is required to forward to the WI Dept of Revenue the names and addresses of vendors selling products at the show.

  • No Wisconsin Farm Technology Days, Inc. logos may be used.
  • Promotional material may be distributed to the public.
  • The Family Living Committee reserves the right to reject any product it deems unacceptable.
  • Exhibit space must be kept clean throughout the duration of the show and must be left clean at the conclusion of the show.
  • Security will be provided on the grounds while the show is closed for the evening. Participants agree to assume full responsibility for their entire product inventory.
  • No exhibitor shall use any sound equipment or make excessive noise that will interfere with any other display or presentation.
  • Information provided previously by exhibitors will be used in press releases to promote the event.
  • Product inventory must be moved to the exhibit area prior to 8:30 a.m. each show day and inventory cannot be moved out of the exhibit area until after the daily show closing time. Vehicles are prohibited from entering Tent City grounds after 8:25 a.m. For your convenience a vendor lot will be provided. If additional product is needed after the start of the show, someone will transport you to your vehicle if requested.
  • Setting up and dismantling the booth is the responsibility of the vendor.
  • No exhibit can be removed before close of the show on July 11.
  • Distribution of any food products is not allowed.
  • On acceptance to the show your booth will be advertised on the web site at Your name, address, e-mail address, phone and type of product for sale will be listed.
  • Final booth assignments will be made by the chairs and will be available at check-in.
  • All vendors are required to provide proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. If you do not currently have a liability policy, you may purchase one from Wisconsin Farm Technology Days for the duration of the show.
