2. One property owner 100% opposed, not an adjacent property owner,located at 8155 Pine Cone Road. Owner contacted 5/23/2017. Explained that applicant has been in business for 17 years. Owner thought it was a new kennel and had not heard any noises from the existing site location, so he retracted his opposition.
