Extremely likely

1.  Outstanding personal care. After a very difficult morning the reception staff were magnificent.

2.  Nothing, it is brilliant.

3.  Been coming here for decades only complaint is that GP’s eventually leaving.

4.  I am very pleased with all aspects of the service here at Westcliffe.

5.  This is a very good practice. There is nothing I would like to change only to see the GP of my choice more often.

7.  Pregnant women should not have to attend a drop in clinic due there being no appointments.

11. This practice is very friendly, staff are always helpful but the phone system has a fault, as it’s taken 10 or less minutes to move from ‘position six’ in the queue to position one’

Likely

1.  Very good.

2.  Quick easy solution.

3.  Phones system could do with looking at.

4.  Nothing really, it’s a very good Doctor’s.

5.  Free parking for patients.

6.  The length of time between having appointments and then reviews of tests makes you anxious.

7.  People are very helpful.

Unlikely

1.  After being a patient here for about 16/17 years it has been getting more & more difficult to get an appointment & in most cases a telephone appointment is the only thing available.

2.  Reception staff are generally unfriendly & unhelpful. It is very difficult to see the same Gp of choice. It is often a long period before I have been able to see a Gp. I have often been told to ring back when calling for an appointment only be told the answer when I do again.

3.  Kept waiting 40 minutes with no acknowledgement or information of time scale.

Extremely unlikely

1.  Work for the Tax Payer not the Drug companies.

2.  Doctors should have empathy and care of duty to patients. More in-depth evaluation of patient symptoms and referrals. Less penny pinching. Management that deals with complaints.

3.  My appointment was at 5.30pm not 6.05pm. If I wanted an appointment at 6pm then I would have asked for one. Absolutely ridiculous. If I was late you would have turned me away.

Don’t know

1.  Although the service is good once you have your appointment it is extremely difficult to get through to reception in a morning. The phone lines are always engaged. Working hours are from 8am but I have never encountered the phone being switched on until at least 8.07am.
