Important: Make sure you bring:

  1. SS cards for all those shown on tax return, including the children.
  2. Valid picture ID. Your spouse MUST be present if filling jointly.
  3. All Tax documentation you have received like W-2s, 1098s, 1099s, SS statements and the amount of other income received by you & your spouse (if applicable)
  4. If Direct depositing funds, please bring a voided check with account and routing numbers.
  5. If you receive Form 1095 for health insurance, please bring it along.
