- SS cards for all those shown on tax return, including the children.
- Valid picture ID. Your spouse MUST be present if filling jointly.
- All Tax documentation you have received like W-2s, 1098s, 1099s, SS statements and the amount of other income received by you & your spouse (if applicable)
- If Direct depositing funds, please bring a voided check with account and routing numbers.
- If you receive Form 1095 for health insurance, please bring it along.
