Making Hotel Reservations
The rate for our meeting at the Grand America Hotel is $219 for a Premier Room. A dedicated website is now available to book your hotel rooms online. Reservations can be made at this web address by clicking here.
The preferred way to make your reservation is through this website to facilitate tracking. However, you can also call the hotel directly. If you choose to do that, please call the reservation line at 800.304.8696 and be sure to inform the hotel that you will be attending the ARCS Foundation National Annual Meeting. The last day to make your hotel reservation is August 22nd after which availability and rate can not be confirmed. Be sure to book early.
Travel to The Meeting
If you will be flying on Delta Airlines, please use our account code – NMH5F when making reservations. On the Delta website, click on BOOK A TRIP, then at the bottom click on More Search Options. There is a space for you to put in the discount code on this reservation page. You will get the best fare which may include a discount. Using the code will help for ARCS to obtain complimentary tickets for future use. Book tickets directly through the Delta website: www.delta.com
Travel From the Airport
The Salt Lake City Airport is located just ten minutes from downtown. Taxi and shuttle services are available. Taxi service booths are located outside door #7 in Terminal One and door #11 in Terminal Two. Taxi rate to the hotel will cost $20-$25. TRAX is the light rail system that you can take from the Salt Lake City Airport and it drops you off one-half block from the Grand America Hotel. TRAX takes about 25 minutes and the cost is $2.50 per person. If you prefer to rent a car, approximate driving distance is 7.2 miles; driving time is 10 minutes. Take the Airport Road to I-80 East, Travel I-80 toward downtown, Exit at 600 South, Turn left at Main Street. The Grand America Hotel is on your right.
