SIP-At-A-Glance

Mission: Is to create a safe, healthy and challenging learning environment for all students and staff; to develop global citizens with a high level of proficiency in literacy in a second language as well as English, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science.

Vision: FLICS students will complete a nine year academic and foreign language program (K-8) as part of the K-12 global language curriculum. They will understand and appreciate cultural diversity and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of technology in mathematical reasoning, reading, writing, speaking and thinking in English and their second language of French, Spanish, Japanese, or Chinese.

SIP Overview: Each SIP goal includes Professional Development, Differentiated Instruction, Thinking Maps, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
