Conditions of Entry:

  1. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  2. There is no entry fee.
  3. The subject matter of the photographs submitted must be from Tasmania.
  4. Photographs must be the original work of the entrant and be of sufficient quality toreproduce well in our colour calendar. Any sub-standard images will not beconsidered.
  5. Photographs need to be of a quality and resolution suitable for A4 printing. If theimages are not of sufficient high quality for commercial printing they will not beeligible.
  6. Entrants in this competition will allow their works to be reproduced for use in the PASS Inc 2015 calendar and for other promotional work. (Every effort will be made to credit the photographer whenever published)
  7. Royalties or any other payment will not be made for any use of any photograph entered in the competition.
  8. Each photograph must have a “title” and be accompanied by the following details - Entrant’s name, age if 15 years and under, which topic, contact details (including email address, if applicable) and location (district / nearest town) of the subject.
  9. Entrants should supply the photo as an attachment no bigger than 2MB emailed to or on a CD or USB and posted to PO Box 111, Evandale 7212
  10. All photographs should be in full colour and in landscape format.
  11. Only photographs / images that are original photographs by the entrant and are the work of the entrant or otherwise owned by the entrant may be submitted.
  12. At all times the copyright of the photograph remains with the photographer.
  13. The photo shall not be manipulated or any adjustments to its colour, contrast, saturation and sharpness. If so these will not be accepted.
  14. All photographs, CD’s and slides will be retained by PASS Inc unless the entrant provides a Stamped Self Addressed Envelope if you would like your photographs returned.
  15. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be enteredinto.
  16. The winners will be notified by post, telephone or email and the prize dispatched soon after Agfest 2014.
  17. The judges and all PASS Inc committee membersare ineligible to enter.
