Position Title: HR Executive / No. of Position: 1 (One)
Job Location: Kharagpur
Gender: Male/ Female / Age: : 33 – 37 years
Total Experience Required: 7-10 years / Travel Required: Yes
Position would be reporting to: Unit Head/ Sr. Manager – HR (Corporate)
Education Essential & Preferred: MSW / MBA – HR / PGDBA HR with 3 – 5 years of experience in HR and IR
Important Details:
-  Must know English, Hindi and Bengali
-  Should know ERP (HR Module)
-  Should be based and worked in a manufacturing plant only.
-  Should be able to handle the role independently.
Job Profile:
HR Management
1.  Timely Recruitments at all levels
2.  Induction of new joinees
3.  Implementing HR Practices, Processes and Policies
4.  Issuing JD and PMS
5.  Arranging training – 24 hrs training to the employees in a year on prorata basis and conducting training evaluation thereof
6.  MIS reports, etc.
Personnel/ IR Management
1.  Grievances handling and counselling
2.  Maintaining relations with Labour and Labour Union
3.  Payroll – Time office functions
4.  Coordinate for Labour related Legal issues at factory
5.  Responsible for all Labour related statutory compliances at factory
6.  Managing Contract labor contractor
7.  Timely Submission of PF/ESIC Challans and returns
8.  Submission of Factory returns as per time schedule
9.  Disciplinary Actions
Personnel Administration
1.  Safety and security instruction to be monitored as per guidelines
2.  Employees and Visitors Transportation
3.  Guest House Management
4.  Canteen Management
5.  Security management
6.  Housekeeping
7.  Monitoring and ensuring Admin expenses within budget
  1. Handling other Administrative matters

Salary: Rs. 3.00 acs p.a.
Additional Details:
Industry Experience: Manufacturing; preference to organizations having certain systems like ISO, OHSAS, 5S, etc.
Competency: Effective Communication, Teamwork, Effective Coordination, Negotiation, Counseling, Service function attitude, Skill of motivating, having positive attitude and a solution oriented approach.
