2 / Contractor to provide quarterly: return air filter & DC internal filter inspection & clean or replacement (we furnish), belt tension adjustment, overall inspection, motor/bearing lubrication, check & adjust sheave/pulley alignment & bearing/fan set screws, replace worn belts, check & calibrate operation/safety controls & set points, and provide copies to College.
3 / Contractor to provide annually: inspect/tighten all electrical connections, check & adjust damper links, set screws and fan blades, measure & record volt/amp for all fans, inspect unit casing and accessories for corrosion, clean and paint when needed.
4 / Units include:

5 / May acquire 4-6 additional Camfill Farr units within two years.
