Summary of Position
The Logistics Coordinator is the point person for coordinating all facets of outbound freight shipments and transfers between various 3PL warehouses. This position also works closely with the Inventory & Warehouse Manager on various other data analysis projects. This is a great opportunity for a person who wants to work in a small company environment with a team approach to achieving goals.
Reports To: Inventory & Logistics Manager
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Supports, demonstrates and promotes the philosophy and company mission of Eco-Products.
· Coordinates outbound freight shipments.
· Enters shipping confirmations daily, communicates changes in orders/pickups to appropriate reps and warehouses.
· Responsible for maintaining the onsite sample warehouse.
· Calculates dims on all shipments and posts them for bids on current Transportation Management System.
· Develop and maintain relationships with freight brokers/carriers.
· Coordinates transfers and inbound domestic freight.
· Resolves all missed dock appointments with carrier/broker.
· Communicates to Logistics and Sales any refused products being returned.
· Responsible for maintaining the Boulder warehouse, keeping it clean and stocked.
· Assists with auditing invoices, receiving POs and various other data entry tasks.
· Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Detail oriented with a willingness to adapt and be flexible in a growing company.
· Advanced analytical/analysis skills and Excel experience.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve issues between internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
· Able to work in an autonomous environment while meeting multiple cut-off times each day.
· Computer skills with the ability to learn inventory management software.
· Must be willing and able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs.
· 1-3 years of experience preferred in Logistics role.

Work Environment: This is a full- time, non-exempt position located in Boulder, Colorado.
