SPA ½ Hour Classes: The SPA Committee presents ½ hour workout classes that will concentrate on different sections of the body. Each ½ hour class will use a ball, band or weights. It will be a great way of learning about the muscles needed to strengthen balance and flexibility. These new classes are listed on the daily calendar.

inspirational series.

It is the mission of the RVC Sandel Center to provide Rockville Centre older residents with a multipurpose facility that promotes vital aging and life satisfaction through programs and activities, volunteer and civic participationand meaningful social engagement.
