Thesuccessofaprojectisbasedonmanyfactors,includingbeingabletoidentifythestakeholdersinvolvedandtheirexpectations. Itisimportantthatlearnersareabletoanalyseaproject'srequirementsandestablishwhothestakeholdersare(internaland/orexternal)aswellaswhattheindividualstakeholder’sexpectationsare.
Thislessonwillenablelearnerstohaveanunderstandingoftheterminology'stakeholder',whostakeholdersmaybewithinaprojectandwhattheirexpectationscouldbe. Learnerswillhavetheopportunitytocarryoutroleplayscenarioswheretheyinterviewidentified'stakeholders'toconfirmtheirexpectations.
