Personal/Community Awareness and Academic/Career Responsibilities: Students will examine the ethical responsibilities and the dynamic role of individuals and active citizens in society. Students will develop skills and employ strategies to self-manage their personal, academic, and career goals and to cooperate, collaborate, and interact successfully within groups and with a variety of cultures, peoples, and situations.
Performance Target: 70% or more of students will achieve a “Meets Expectations” level or higher

- Exhibits commitment to the course objectives and learning outcomes 80 to 90% of the semester
- Respects instructor and/or peers consistently most of the time.
- Submits work that goes a bit above what is required by the instructor.
- Is late a few times
- Unprepared once or twice, but submits the majority of assignments in a timely manner
- Exhibits commitment to the course 70 to 80% of the semester
- Respects instructor and/or peers the majority of the time
- Submits the required amount of work assigned by instructor
