To Effectively Schedule Co-teachers to fully meet the needs of students with IEPs / B.
1.  Convene school SCTP teams (each school individually.)
2.  Review student IEPs for service needs.
3.  Complete IEP Services Planning Matrix for each student.
4.  Align master schedule with special educators/students/services.
5.  Determine aide(s) schedules.
6.  Determine foster grandparent supports.
7.  Amend IEPs, if necessary, to accommodate the four-day model.

To Prepare for appropriate training for co-teaching. / C. Meet with SCTP leadership team to:
1.  Determine appropriate training topics/modules (4 total.)
2.  Establish training/PD schedule (1xx per nine weeks.) Reserve board room with Darla.
3.  Establish observation schedule for each team (1xx each per nine weeks.)
4.  Determine observation protocol (i.e. Who? How?)
5.  Meet with SCTP leadership team to plan PD on Module 1 two weeks prior to training.
