Local Coordinator of the Year Award Nomination Form

Ross Bunnell was an extraordinary volunteer with the Attorney General’s Office. He displayed incredible energy during each campaign he was associated with. The Local Coordinator of the Year Award is dedicated in his memory and is given to the volunteer that shows great enthusiasm during his/her campaign.

What is a Local Coordinator?

A Local Coordinator is primarily responsible for putting on events and promotions for their local office or division. They can be located in any facility or office around the state and are the main facilitators in their offices.

Award winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

Motivation and Effort (40 pts)

  • Did your Local Coordinator attend local trainings?
  • Describe the different efforts and initiatives that your Local Coordinator introduced.
  • Give examples of how your Local Coordinator helped educate staff members.

Comments/Response:

Events (40 pts)

  • Give examples of different events/initiatives that your Local Coordinator put on for your agency/division.
  • How much money was raised as a result of these events/initiatives?

Award Criteria

In order to establish full transparency, the Combined Fund Drive uses the following criteria to judge each award nomination:

  1. Nominations are emailed to by December 31, 2017.
  1. Each nomination is made anonymous.
  2. Names and contact emails are eliminated.
  3. Nomination forms are judged solely based on content.
  1. Each CFD staff member rates nomination forms separately.
  2. Community Programs Deputy Director
  3. CFD Program Manager
  4. Resource Coordinator
  5. Marketing and Development
  6. Program Specialist
  1. Aggregate scores from each nomination are added to establish final scores.
  1. Community Programs Director approves the winner for each category.
