By Train

Birmingham New Street is 10 minutes on a direct train, with seven services per hour from Birmingham International. A single ticket costs approx £3.40.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration and the information desk will be located between the reception area and Bar on the ground floor of Conference Aston. (

Registration will be open from 08.30 3rd June

ACCOMMODATION

If you have booked accommodation in Conference Aston Hotel, check-in will take place at the Aston Business School Conference Centre reception from 14.00hrs. Luggage room facilities are available. Check out is by 00:11

BADGES

When you register you will be given your delegate badge, which you will need to wear at all times.

LOCATION OF SESSIONS

All sessions will be held in Room 1BC on the ground floor of Conference Aston

INTERNET ACCESS

Desktop PCs offering internet access are available in the corridor on the ground floor opposite room 3. There is wireless access throughout the Conference Aston part of the Building. Please see attached Cloud WiFiinformation.

REFRESHMENTS

Delegate registration includes refreshments and lunch on Friday , Saturday and Sunday , informal canal boat trip and dinner on Friday and conference dinner on Saturday.

Refreshment breaks during the sessions are located in the courtyard lounge and lunch in the courtyard restaurant on the ground floor.

If you have informed us of any special dietary requirements, please let the catering staff know at the food station and they will provide you with special food or inform you which items will be suitable. There will be vegetarian options available.

ONE HOUR EVENING CANAL BOAT TRIP – Friday 3rd June

18.30 departure from the reception of Conference Aston for a stroll (Approx 25 Minutes ) through the city centre walking through the International Convention centre (ICC) to meet the boat at the back of the ICC

20.15 Approx 5 minute walk to Jimmy Spices restaurant . Informal help yourself buffet

DRINKS RECEPTION and GALA DINNER–Saturday 4th June 19:00

18.45 departing on foot from Conference Aston reception to the Council House In Victoria Square(Approx 15 minutes walk)

Or you may prefer to make your own way to the Council House for the drinks reception and networking between 19:00 and 19:45, dinner at 19:45
