From: Lower Nursery to Class VIII

Parents/guardians may kindly note the following and apply accordingly:

1.  Questionnaire form to be collected from the Reception on payment of `100/- on or after 10th November ‘17 on any working days. (Monday to Friday)

2.  The Questionnaire form has to be filled-in by the mother/father. A photograph of the child along with the mother and the father has to be submitted with the Questionnaire form. It is to be ensured that all the details provided in the Questionnaire form are true and authentic.

Kindly attach a Xerox copy of the following documents

a.  Hospital Discharge Certificate / Nursing Home Card.

b)  Birth Certificate issued by Panchayat / Municipality / Corporation.

c)  Residential Address Proof.

3.  The mother or the father of the child has to accompany the child along with the Questionnaire form for the test on or after 20th November ‘17 on all working days. (Monday to Friday) at 08:30 A.M.

4.  If the child passes the admission test than only the parents will be informed over phone the date and time for the final interview and thereafter collect the Admission Form on Payment of `800/-. It is compulsory for both the parents with the child to come for the final interview.

5.  Following documents are to be brought at the time of Admission Test and final interview

a)  Original Hospital Discharge Certificate / Nursing Home Card

b)  Original Birth Certificate issued by Panchayat / Municipality / Corporation

c)  Child’s Immunization Record (Original & Xerox)

d)  Residential Address Proof (Original & Xerox)

e)  If SC / ST/ OBC than Certificate in candidate’s name (Original & Xerox)

f)  Baptism certificate in case of Christians.

6.  The child’s admission to the class applied is confirmed only after submitting a Pass Result & T.C of the previous class of the last school where he/she was studying before.

7.  Academic Session 2018-19 starts on 4th April 2018
