All meals with exception of breaded cod, fish fingers and sausages are made from scratch using fresh ingredients. All meals form a healthy balanced diet, which includes some fatty foods which children still require a small amount of. Frying is only used for homemade burgers, spaghetti bolognaise and stir-fry. Everything else is either oven cooked or grilled.

All meals are arranged attractively to encourage children to eat them. For example the nuggets, potato and vegetables are arranged to create a face. Others pictures are created to entice children to eat food that at other times they would refuse.
