At a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Fredonia, duly called and held on the 11thday of December 2017, at 7:30 p.m. in the Trustee’s Room, 2nd Floor, Village Hall, Fredonia, New Yorkand public notice of the time and place of this meeting has been given to the news media and conspicuously posted in one or more designated public locations in accordance with Section 104 of the Open Meetings Law.

WHEREAS members of this Board present at this meeting have read the Official
Minutes of the Board of Trustees regular meeting of November 13, 2017, special meeting of November 20, 2017 and regular meeting November 27, 2017,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED this Board approves the minutes as entered into the Official Minutes, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reading of the minutes be dispensed with.
REPORTS
- The Justice report for the month of November, 2017.
CORRESPONDENCE
- Correspondence was received from Taylor Gates, Youth Group Leader of
Christ Community Church requesting permission to place creative, decorated-by-youth boxes for collection of donated non-perishable, food cans during the holiday season for donation to local food pantries.
- Correspondence was received from the Secretary of the Fredonia Volunteer
Fire Department to re-instate Robert LeGrano to the active rolls.

BE IT RESOLVED that the name of Robert LaGrano, 74 Gardner Street, Fredonia, is hereby re-instated to the active rolls of the Fenner Hose Company effective immediately.
- Correspondence was received from the Secretary of the Fredonia Volunteer
Fire Department to add Skye Mitchelle and Christopher Eberle to the active rolls.

BE IT RESOLVED that the names of Skye Mitchelle, 280 Central Ave, Fredonia, and Christopher Eberle, 280 Central Ave, Fredonia, are hereby added to the active rolls of the D.R. Barker Hose Company effective immediately
- Correspondence was received from the Secretary of the Fredonia Volunteer
Fire Department to add Joshua Tresler to the active rolls.

BE IT RESOLVED that the name of Joshua Tresler, 54 Wisteria Drive, Fredonia, is hereby added to the active rolls of the J.S. Lambert Hook and Ladder Company effective immediately

BE IT RESOLVED that the Schedule of Meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Fredonia for the period of January 2018 thru June 2018, as set forth and attached to these minutes is hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish said notice in the Observer and to mail a copy of said schedule to WDOE radio, the JamestownPost Journaland the Buffalo News.

BE IT RESOLVED that the attached schedule of budget transfers for the months of September and October, pursuant to Section 5-520 of the Village Law, is hereby approved.
ESSEK/JONES
BE IT RESOLVED that Village Hall Offices will be closed Friday, December 22, and Friday, December 29, 2017, (both half days) and that each Village Employee will use a personal/vacation day.
