All Feesare NON-REFUNDABLE and subject to change

TUITION: Enrollment is based on a school year. Accordingly, monthly tuition is based on equal payments regardless of the number of lessons in a particular month. We do not pro-rate or give discounted rates for months with fewer classes.

PAYMENTS: All monthly tuition payments will be processed by auto-draft through credit cardthe 1st-5th of each month.

If financial assistance or a different method of payment is necessary please see 3N Motion Dance Studio office staff for approval.A $15 late fee will be added to the account if tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month.

WITHDRAWALS:One-month notice is required to discontinue any classes.

If a student fails to attend classes for two weeks and does not notify 3N Motion Dance Studio, they will be considered a NO SHOW. An early termination fee equivalent to one month’s tuition will be charged.

3N Motion Dance Studio reserves the right to terminate lessons for any student without notice. In such cases a refund for unused lessons will be given.

ATTENDANCE: Class attendance is crucial in the development of the student and their classes. When students are not in class they may become disinterested and insecure with their knowledge and ability. Their classmates may also get frustrated as a result of repetitive instruction and restaging of steps and choreography for the absent student’s benefit. A student’s absence affects the entire class.

MISSED LESSONS: Missed classes may be made up as long as the student is currently enrolled.

No refunds are given for missed lessons. In the event of class cancellations due to natural disasters or inclement weather, we will make every attempt to reschedule, but make no guarantees due to limited space and time availability.

LATE ARRIVAL: Please have your student at the studio 15 minutes prior to class time. When dancers arrive on time, it allows them to get settled and focused. When dancers show up late, it is disruptive to everyone.

If a student in any level (other than Combo, Creative Movement and Tumbleweeds) is late to class they must ask the teacher’s permission to enter: they may be required to observe class.

If a Combo student arrives late and warm-up is completed, they should wait until it is time to change shoes before entering. It is a huge distraction to young students when people enter and exit the classroom.

SUBSTITUTIONS: 3N Motion Dance Studio reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to attend a lesson. If the school is unable to arrange a substitute, any missed lessons may be made up.

CALENDAR: We follow the Flagler County Public Schools Calendar. Our first day of classes will be Aug 10th, 2017. We will be open on Professional Learning Days and Teacher Planning Days (except for Dec 22nd, 2017 and Mar 30th, 2018).Otherwise we are closed when there is no school for students. We will be closed on Oct 31st, 2017 for Halloween and March 31st, 2018 for Easter weekend.

CLASS PLACEMENT:Class placement will be determined by age and ability.Students are NOT placed in a class based on the number of years they have been dancing. New students will be evaluated by instructors to determine proper placement.

To enroll in Jazz, Lyrical or Contemporary Levels 2-5, students are required to take ballet.

Two ballet classes each week are required for Levels 2-5.
