Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Start a new Registration

Almost all fields on this page are required. They should be self-explanatory.

Click Next

In the Additional Information section, "Are you currently a member of any athletic or human rights organization, team/club, etc.?" answer Yes, then enter IAGLCWDC in the “If so, please specify” field.

Click Next

On the Area of Participation screen select Athletic Participants

Click Next

On Sports Selection screen, select Dancesport

Click Next

On Dancesport Selection, select Dancesport-Country Western

Click Next

On Country Western, choose the appropriate option:Attending IAGLCWDC Convention Only or Competing Country Western

Click Next

For "Attending..." select Skip step, I'm not entering the Team Event. You can change this later if necessary.

Click Next

On Dance Sport Additional Information, for “Association belong to” enter IAGLCWDC and for “Local Club Organization” enter IAGLCWDC member organization of which you are a member (i.e., Big Apple Ranch, Columbus Stompers, etc.)

Click Next

On Waiver, agree to all the terms.

Click Next

Verify your name, Click Next

On the Please review & provide payment screen, select Add another Person to Registration to add your partner and repeat the above steps for their information. If not adding a partner, enter your payment information, then click Finish & Pay.

Verify your information and Exit. Your receipt will be emailed to the address you provided. You will be returned to the OutGames.org website.

Reservations at the Host Hotel

To reserve your hotel room go to click Plan My Visit, then click Miami Airport to highlight it.

Scroll down to the Double Tree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center and click Book Now, review the information and click Book Now again.

Select your Check In and Check Out dates. IAGLCWDC activities start on Thursday, May 25 and go through Monday night May 29, so you may want to arrive on Wednesday, May 24 and check out on Tuesday May 30. Enter your first and last names, bedding request and participant type (Production/Staff, Sponsor, Participant, Attendee or Volunteer).

Enter your primary email address before clicking submit. If you'd like to create an account to be able to make changes online, enter a password, otherwise, continue as a Guest.

If creating account, enter your first and last names, phone number and type, then enter payment information, click to agree to terms then click to complete reservation. You'll receive a screen to confirm your hotel reservation with the option to modify or cancel if necessary.
