Rethinking TVET
for Education Development

Study Tour for World Bank Education Staff

June 9 - 20, 2008

Learning log

The purpose of this log is to allow you to record in note form (bullets) any issues arising from each of your TVET visits in terms of their impact on the regional/national TVET Strategies. There is also space for you to record observations and reflections based on what you have heard in each session. It would be helpful for us if will also you evaluate the relevance and usefulness of each session. WBIHD staff will collect your notes at the end of the Study Tour in order to compile a consolidated document containing feedback from each participant.

Please keep the log with you and write down your thoughts as we go along. We hope that the log will help you to get more out of the Study Tour and enable you to put to use the things you have heard when you return home.

In addition to this daily hand-written log, we would also request that you write your reflections in full on your laptops. A file will be sent to you for this purpose. These electronic documents will be collected at the end of the Study Tour along with your handwritten log to form a complete record of each member’s feedback and reflections.

Thank you,

Study Tour organizers.
