Yorkshire Dance is undertaking digital video and photographic documentation of this event. The footage and images will be held by Yorkshire Dance and used for promotional and archive purposes.
PERMISSION TO DOCUMENT
By submitting this form, you authorise Yorkshire Dance to make a digital video and photographic recording of the work listed above if it is selected for inclusion in this activity. You agree that Yorkshire Dance:

·  May use the images and recording in full or in edited form for educational, documentation, promotional and other non-commercial purposes

VIDEO SUBMISSION
This does not need to be a high quality or expensive piece of video; it can be from camcorder, digital camera or mobile phone – just something that shows us your style and what you are planning. We recognise that dance and movement is difficult to describe in words, so this is aimed at helping both you and us understand what you are proposing. Send a DVD, VHS or link.
