THE ARIZONA BOARD OF APPRAISAL’S RULES & LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE NOTICE OF MEETING & AGENDA

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431-02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Arizona Board of Appraisal Rules & Legislative Committee and to the general public that the Rules and Legislative Committee will hold a meeting open to the public on:

August 21st, 2014 at 1:30p.m.

To be held at 15 S 15th Avenue, Suite 103A, Phoenix, AZ

Agenda

1.Calltoorderandrollcall.

2.Approval of the minutes for the May 7th, 2014 meeting.

3.Discussion, consideration and possible action relating to possible amendments toArizona Administrative Code Title 4, Chapter 46, Articles 1 through 6, specifically those stemming from the enactment of HB2239. Proposed amendments to the rules may include but are not limited to the opening of complaints, civil penalties,fee recovery, clearance cards relating to criminal background checks, and theAMC bond amount.

4.Discussion, consideration and possible action relating to proposed revisions to Board statutes. Proposed revision to statute includes but is not limited to changing the handling of complaints to inquiries or allegations until they meet the criteria to be called a complaint.

5.Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning future committee meetings and topics for discussion.

6.Adjournment.
