Education & Qualifications
/ o SVQ level 3 H&SC or SCQF equivalent (or working towards) / o First Aid CertificateKnowledge & Experience / o Knowledge of current relevant legislation and policies relating to housing and social care
o Knowledge of issues surrounding homelessness
o Experience of crisis work with vulnerable service users / o Experience of working in a similar environment
o Experience of working with young people
o Experience of supporting or mentoring staff
Behavioural Competencies/ Skills / o Ability to work cooperatively with others as part of a team demonstrating commitment to group objectives
o Ability to supervise and support staff
o Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in a variety of situations
