You are summoned to the next ordinary meeting of the Parish Council to be held at 7.15pm on 10th August 2015 at the Ayland Pavillion, Staveley

7/2015/5353 2 Sunny Brow Cottages, Brow lane, Staveley. Dormer bungalow for local needs.

7/2015/5358: 6 Scroggs Close, Staveley. Demolish existing extension and build new 2 storey extension to existing house.

7/2015/5359: Sandyridge, Kendal Road,Staveley. Part demolition of existing stairs and patio to front elevation of property and replacement with timber decking incorporating below floors storage areas.

7/2015/5365: Grassgarth Farm Grassgarth Lane, Ings. Single storey extension to farmhouse. Extension to and change of use of farm buildings to provide holiday let. Demolition and rebuilding of existing garage/store building.

7/2015/5382: Hagg End, Crook. Ground floor porch extension, new windows and internal alterations.

7/2015/5397: Agricultural building near to Hill Farm Ings. Change of use for the building to include processing firewood as well as agricultural use (Retrospective)

7/2015/5435: Little Ashes Cottage, Staveley. Proposed extensions.

7/2015/079: 6 Danes Road, Staveley. Removal of dead tree Approved.

7/2015/5320: The Firs, Crook Road, Staveley. 2 storey extension. Approved with conditions

7/2015/5302: Brunt Knott Farm, Staveley. Conversion of existing accommodation within the Bothy, the Hay Loft and the Byre to two holiday lets and refurbishment of existing holiday lets. Alterations and extension to the Cottage. . Approved with conditions

c) To note Planning Applications still outstanding

7/2014/5572: Heights, Ings. Change of use from agricultural building to one open market dwelling (plus revocation of extant permission for one new build house).

7/2014/5670: Land at Ings. Agricultural worker's dwelling & sewage treatment plant.

7/2015/5036: Gowan Brae, Station Road, Staveley. To convert an existing vacant church and construct single storey extension in order to provide a private dwelling. Resubmission.

7/2015/5303: 11 Gowan Close, Staveley. Demolition of existing porch, conservatory, garage and shed. Erection of 2 storey extension combined with single storey extension and front porch.
