5.1 Framingham and Mystic AVR Replacement Project - Level III (Vote)

EXE-14-X01 – Transmission notification from Exelon Generation Company LLC

(“EXE”) for the replacement of the excitation controller and AVRs at Framingham

Station (Jets 1, 2 and 3). The upgrade will install a new Allen Bradley Combination

Generation Control Module with Series Boost Unit at each jet, which will provide

excitation current to the existing brushless exciters and replace the existing AVRs.

Proposed in service date of the project is December 19, 2014.

EXE-14-X01 – Transmission notification from Exelon Generation Company LLC

(“EXE”) for the replacement of the excitation controller and AVR at the Mystic Jet.

VELCO-14-GNF10 – Generator notification from Vermont Electric Company (“VELCO”)

on behalf of Barton Solar. LLC for the installation of a 1.89 MW solar array located in

Barton, VT and interconnecting to the 3A feeder origination from the Burton Hill Substation

via the 3A5 pad-mounted recloser located at the Barton Solar project. Proposed in service date

of the project was November 14, 2014.

NEP-14-GNF21 – Generator notification from New England Power Company (“NEP”)

located in Hardwick, MA and interconnecting via Feeder #501L2 out of the Ware

Substation #501. Proposed in service date of the project is December 31, 2014.

Williamsburg, MA and interconnecting via Feeder #909W3 out of the Florence Junction

Substation #909. Proposed in service date of the project is December 22, 2014.

6.4 Eliminate 3rd Path of Section 396 SPS Project – Level I (Notification)

CMP-14-X01 – Transmission notification from Central Maine Power Company (“CMP”) for

service date of the project is January 2015.
