Summer Band Camp

Who: Current 6th-8th Graders from Heineman and Marlowe

When:June 8th-July 5th (see specific dates on back)

  • Santa’s Village: June 23rdConcert Time: 10:30am

(Park hours 10am-5pm)

  • Concert:June 26that 7:00pm in the Heineman Gym
  • Parade: July 5thin Crystal Lake

Where:Heineman Middle School Band Room

Cost:$75 per child (Includes Summer Band T-Shirt)

Want to still see your friends and have fun this summer? During band camp, we will be playing some fun pieces which will include music frommovies and current and past hits! Bring your whole family on June 26th for the concert in the Heineman Gym. This year we will also be performing at Santa’s Village on June 23rd and the students get in to the park for free! We wrap up our camp on July 5th while we march in the Crystal Lake Fourth of July Parade!

Additional Information:

  • If you have already scheduled a vacation during the camp, still feel free to sign up! Even if you miss the concert, it is still a great experience!
  • On days where sectionals are scheduled, the students will break up into small groups and work with a sectional coach.
  • Full band rehearsal always starts at 5:30.
  • You will receive more information on the Santa’s Village Concert and the 4th of July Parade as it becomes available.
